II.Real estate offer

Within the area of the Miskolc-South Industrial Park we offer the following site for investment:

Conditions of the plot: unencumbered, downtown area, "unbuilt, taken out of cultivation"

According to the long term plans of the city significant transportation and site development projects will take place in the environment of the real property which will further strengthen its good position.

The area has already been taken out of cultivation and is completely prepared for green field projects.

In case of investment intention, sites of the required size meeting every requirement can be created. There are no provisions concerning the function of the area, commercial, service or industrial facilities can be built there alike.

„By the provision No. IX-211/14.026/2008 of the General Assembly of the Municipality of Miskolc nominates the 62 ha 5944 sqm real estate in Miskolc ('unbuilt area', plot number: 47511/1) for sale. Its specific target price for selling is determined in 2,200 HUF / sqm + VAT." (~ 8.15 EUR / sqm + VAT)

According to the Miskolc Master Plan accepted by the decree No. 21/2004. (VII.6.) of the Municipality of Miskolc the site belongs to industrial economic zone (Ge-611807).

he site is suitable for the placement of industrial, electricity supplier, settlement managing facilities, and commercial, servicing buildings.

Moreover residences for owners, users or the staff can be located within the buildings with economic use. Premises with ecclesiastical, educational, health or social function just as commercial, servicing buildings not surpassing the building level area of 10,000 sqm, and vehicular buildings qualified as building can be constructed.
