MIK Miskolc Real Property Management Plc. manages the portfolio of marketable real properties owned by Miskolc City of County Rank, it is a stable, dynamically developing enterprise in the North Hungary Region.
The Company plays an important role in the development of the real property portfolio of Miskolc, in preserving the condition thereof, furthermore in launching new projects starting from financing through construction to sale. Traditionally, the Company is responsible for the performance of the necessary and planned maintenance, renovation or possible demolition tasks related to the real properties.

The establishment of the state-owned Ingatlankezelő Vállalat for the management of the real property in Miskolc

The local government of Miskolc City of County Rank created the company limited by shares by founding the Company in connection with the transfer of the real properties to the local governments

The ownership rights are exercised by Miskolc Holding Önkormányzati Vagyonkezelő Zrt. founded by the Local Government of Miskolc City of County Rank.
