Operation of the Miskolc City Television in 24 hours, with two and half hour own program time, repetition the following morning. (The news program entitled Miskolc Today starts at 18.00, 19.00, 20.00 and is repeated at 6.00, 7.00, 8.00 the following morning.)
Broadcasting the Képújság (Picture Newspaper) from 23.00 until the repetition starts the following day and then until 17.00 hours after the repetitions are finished. The Picture Newspaper airs news, announcements and advertisements. The insert running at the bottom of page brings news related to the life of Miskolc and of the surrounding areas.
Editing the weekly paper entitled MiNap - dealing with public and family issues - and publishing it on 8 pages, 4+4 colors, in 85,000 copies in Miskolc and the agglomeration.
The marketing staff of the company offers consultation and graphical (MiGraf workshop) services to the clients so that they could choose the most efficient forms of publicity.

Miskolc City Television is established, it starts operation in the Avas neighborhood.

December 31, 1996
The City Television transforms into a non-profit company

November 14, 2003
Miskolci Kommunikációs Kht. is established to coordinate the communication activity of Miskolc City of County Rank

March 13, 2004
The first weekly family magazine entitled MiNap is published in 85,000 copies

May 25, 2006
The company moves to a new building at Kis-Hunyad u. 9., which is furnished with modern technical equipment. Consequently, Miskolci Kommunikációs Kht. - in a unique way in Hungary - transformed into a media center.

July 6, 2006
The ownership rights are exercised by Miskolc Holding Önkormányzati Vagyonkezelõ Zrt. founded by the Local Government of Miskolc City of County Rank.

Mission

The mission of the Miskolci Kommunikációs Kht. is to inform the inhabitants of Miskolc and of the surrounding areas as extensively and credibly as possible through the media at its disposal.
