The Board of Directors consisting of members elected by the General Assembly is the executive body of the Holding which is authorized by the Founder to manage the Holding.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is a body appointed by the General Assembly to supervise the management of the Holding. The Supervisory Board operates under the rules of law and reports to the General Assembly, it is responsible for supervising the legal and purposeful operation of the Holding in harmony with the interests of the owners furthermore for approving the decisions of the Board of Directors concerning the issues stipulated in the Deed of Foundation.
